$250 refundable deposit, $125 cleaning fee. Prepayment required. 3-night minimum
stay. Rates exclusive of applicable taxes.
Exceptions: Please respect that Flechazo is our vacation home too, and return
it to the condition you found it. No pets. And please -- no smoking inside
the house.

"Club Flechazo," that is! Sure, we have a club too. Flechazo fills up fast,
but sometimes we have cancellations or other unexpected surprises. When that
happens, we alert our "Club Flechazo" friends with an e-mail. We also tell
club members about occassional news regarding the house or lake, and to share
information about seasonal discounts or special promotions we may be offering.
